Rules & Regulation

• Valid Entry: A valid ticket (digital or physical) must be presented at the entry gate. One ticket grants entry to one person only.
• Reporting Time: Participants and attendees are requested to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Registration Proof: Participants must carry a valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, School ID, or Birth Certificate) for age and identity verification.
• Content Decency: Performances, costumes, and music must be appropriate for a family audience. Any use of offensive language or gestures may lead to immediate disqualification.
• Equipment & Props: Participants are responsible for their own props and belongings. The organizers will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• Code of Conduct: Any form of misconduct, misbehavior, or damage to the venue property by participants or their guests will result in immediate removal from the event.
• Judges’ Decision: The decision of the judging panel is final and binding. No arguments or appeals regarding the results will be entertained.
• Media Rights: By attending/participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded. The organizers reserve the right to use this media for promotional purposes.
• Prohibited Items: Use of cigarettes, alcohol, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited within the venue premises.
• Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
